Venatu Recruitment Group have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a sales driven and ambitious individual to join our growing corporate team based at our Doncaster office.

The Role

Are you a sales driven individual? Or currently working in the recruitment sector but more focussed on the business development? Then this role is for you.

You will be working in a fast-paced sales environment whilst undertaking an element of account management, from expanding on existing client relationships to B2B cold calling.

Role Responsibilities

Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract new business from clients
Qualifying and securing vacancy requirements from new clients
Sourcing new clients through different channels
Using our inhouse system, LinkedIn and other platforms to create a strong client pipeline
Managing client relationships once passed to the resourcing team and meeting required expectations throughout the recruitment process
Carrying out the recruitment process to the highest level of standards ensuring legislations are always adhered toCandidate Expectations

You will be a self-motivated and driven individual
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work to deadlines and KPI's
Team player but also able to work using own initiative
Excellent communication skills
IT skills including Microsoft packages
Previous recruitment experience is desirableWorking Hours

Monday 8.30am - 5pm
Tuesday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Wednesday 8.30am - 5pm
Thursday 8.30am - 5pm
