Our client are seeking a Purchasing Administrator to work on the Fleet and other areas.


FLEET MANAGEMENT (UK, Ireland, Nordics)

Identifying, collaborating and executing on agreed category strategies.
Supplier relationship management.
Review and update the vehicle policy of the Affiliate.
Supporting annual tenders, perform cost analysis and benchmark suppliers.
Fleet reporting and administration support.
Following up the incoming calls from employees about car management issues.
Meetings & Events Management (EMEA)
Supplier relationship management.
Conducting meetings between suppliers in support of RFI/RFPs and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
Support/lead M&E projects in the EMEA region.
Alignment with internal stakeholders.
Support global and regional strategy.
Data collection and assessment.


Stakeholder management skills.
Good analytical skills.
Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional languages would be a plus.
Ability to travel when required.
CIPS qualification would be an advantage.The company offer free parking subsidised canteen and free gym.
