Newcross is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Care Assistants (HCA) with a passion for care to join us in Bideford, working in the local area as a member of our Barnstaple branch team.

This is a flexible and variable role and means you could be working for more than one home in the local area on a part time or full time basis, with day, night and weekend shifts available. Due to rural client locations, you will need access to your own vehicle.
You will play a vital role
in supporting the well-being and quality of life of each individual in your care. Daily tasks may include assisting with washing and dressing, meal times, personal care and enabling service users to participate in their favourite activities.
We take pride in the quality of our care, so we're looking for experienced Care Assistants with a genuine, caring approach as well as the skills to deliver person-centred care.
We are particularly interested to hear from Care Assistants who have experience of working with clients with Learning Disabilities.
