B2C Customer Care Advisor
A brilliant opportunity for a B2C Customer Care Advisor to join this luxury retail business in Loughborough. This will be working as part of a newly established contact centre & customer service team.
A luxury retail business, with brand new, state of the art offices in the Loughborough area.
As the B2C Customer Care Advisor you will be working managing relationships for 2 brands within the business handling all incoming calls, emails, social media interactions and online review sites. You will be handling a multitude of queries within the business including the processing of orders, exchanges and returns.
The ideal candidate for the B2C Customer Care Advisor role will have:
Worked in B2C contact centre & customer service roles, ideally within retail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A good working knowledge of MS Excel
The ability to build relationships/ network well across a business
Worked in a fast-paced environment with the proven ability to balance a busy, varied workload
Ideally the ability to communicate in German
£20,000 - £22,000 dependent on match to the brief
