Customer Advisor (part time)
7 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join this award-winning ethical retailer (a natural & organic health & beauty brand with over 300 stores across the UK and overseas). If you have a desire to become a holistic beauty expert and face of our client’s brand, there are many exciting opportunities in-store for you to grow your retail sales career.
You will play a pivotal role in providing customers with a truly memorable customer experience, delivering a unique blend of professional, friendly and knowledgeable advice to customers. You will also help with the smooth running and presentation of the store and therapy rooms along with day to day operational processes.
If you have retail experience in a similar role, a genuine interest in beauty and well-being and an ability to build positive relationships with both customers and your colleagues, we would love to hear from you.
The position is 7 hours per week and will include some evenings and weekend working. What you will do
* Help provide a memorable customer experience
* Offer advice to customers on the product range in-store
* Help with the smooth running and presentation of the store
* Reception duties and diary management for therapy rooms
* Be hands-on and get stuck in on the shop floor
* Excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills
* Previous retail experience
* Knowledge of Health and Beauty Products (Beauty qualifications/experience) desirable
This role may suit individuals that have held a role in a retail shop or have good customer services experience. You may have held prior roles such as: Retail Advisor, Retail Assistant, Counter Assistant, Retail Customer Services Advisor.
