One of my well established national manufacturing clients has a new opportunity due to growth for an experienced Key Customer Projects Manager.
This client is a manufacturer is and has a head office based in Bradford.
This is a great opportunity for you if you enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships. You thrive and enjoy the pressure that comes with working in a manufacturing customer sales office and have customer account management experience.
The position involves managing customer projects and the critical paths of each department to ensure the customers deadlines are met. Communicating with all customers, maintaining a high level of customer service, providing technical quotations, organising deliveries, liaising with production, planning deliveries and stock arrival - allocation, liaising with suppliers.
Working well under pressure as you know comes hand in hand with this type of position, if you thrive working in a busy environment and react well to finding solutions for customers then I would really like to speak with you.
You will need to have experienced managing customer accounts and liaising with suppliers as this is a dual role.
Dealing with all purchase requirements; liaising with all departments and sourcing materials, goods and services.
Your high attention to detail and positive attitude would be welcomed with this client along with excellent administration and communication skills.
A competitive salary is offered dependant on experience £19,000 - £22,000 with a great holiday allowance, full product training, free on site parking and pension.
